The CRA’s economic development programs are aimed to help small businesses and commercial property owners to offset major costs associated with expanding or relocating in the CRA District:
Commercial Facade Grant Program assists in exterior improvements. Download Commercial Facade Application here. Download Design Guidelines here.
Interior Build-Out Program subsidizes the initial costs related to construction and interior finishings. Download Interior Build-Out Application here.
Commercial Rent Reimbursement Program assists new and existing businesses during the first year of operation. Download Rent Reimbursement Application here.
The City of Boynton Beach also offers Commercial Interior Build-out and Rent Subsidy Grants for businesses located outside of the CRA district.
