A Step Above ELC provides kindergarten and preschool kids a chance to be independent and self-sufficient every Mondays to Fridays. They offer state-licensed learning experiences while meeting the needs of students at their particular developmental stages. They feature a program that gives the children opportunities with a maximum capacity of 51 children.
