Dan Dugger currently serves as the City Manager of Boynton Beach overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing policies set by the City Commission. With 20+ years of experience in municipal government, Dan manages a budget of approximately $323 million and leads a team of 960 employees across various city departments. 

In April 2026, the CRA Board appointed Dan as the Interim Executive Director of the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency. 

Dan is also a proud veteran of the United States Army, and a Retired Boynton Beach Police Captain.
