Amanda B. Radigan, AICP, LEED AP, joined the BBCRA as the Deputy Executive Director in August 2026, bringing her years of expertise as the City of Boynton Beach’s Director of Development to her dual role with the BBCRA. Her career spans architecture, urban planning, economic development, and municipal leadership.
A graduate of California College of the Arts with a Bachelor of Architecture, Amanda began her career in architecture in New York before transitioning to urban planning with the City of Pompano Beach. She later joined Boynton Beach, advancing from Principal Planner to Director of Planning and Zoning and ultimately to her current leadership role as Planning and Development Director successfully overseeing 5 subdivisions.
She holds a Master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, specializing in economic development, and has pursued executive leadership studies through Cornell University and the ICMA High Performance Leadership Academy.
