The Commercial Business Relocation Grant Program was created to help eligible businesses relocate and continue operating within Boynton Beach when displacement occurs as a result of redevelopment activities.

This program provides financial assistance to offset eligible relocation expenses, helping businesses minimize disruption, maintain operations, retain employees, and continue serving the community.

By supporting business retention and occupancy of commercial spaces, the BBCRA is committed to preserving a vibrant and diverse local economy while advancing the goals of the Community Redevelopment Plan.

• Purpose:  To assist businesses displaced by redevelopment activities within the BBCRA area by helping offset relocation costs and supporting continued operations within the BBCRA area or City of Boynton Beach.
• Reimbursement: Commercial businesses may apply for reimbursement of eligible relocation-related expenses, including moving services, packing materials, utility connection fees, security deposits, lease application fees, and certain legal or real estate fees associated with relocation. Eligible marketing and advertising expenses may also be reimbursable for businesses relocating outside the BBCRA area but remaining within the City of Boynton Beach.
• Maximum Grant Amount: Up to $15,000 for businesses relocating within the BBCRA area and up to $10,000 for businesses relocating within the City of Boynton Beach.
• Approval of Funding: Application to this grant program is not a guarantee of funding. Funding is at the sole discretion of the BBCRA Board.
