Boynton Beach is quickly becoming one of Palm Beach County’s most popular and accessible waterfront destinations. The BBCRA is dedicated to taking an active role in attracting potential investors and encouraging redevelopment that will add to the quality of life for the residents. The BBCRA staff will direct you through the process of getting your project up and running.

In 2017 and revised in 2022, the CRA Board adopted a Letter of Intent Policy to ensure a fair process for property disposal for BBCRA-owned property. 

In April 2026, the CRA Board adopted a Fee Schedule as a mechanism to recover administrative and professional service costs associated with redevelopment projects. The Fee Schedule ensures the Agency maintains fiscal accountability and streamlines the development review process.
